The language and literature was clear and concise, and the documentation, references and case history leaves no question about the validity of the Corporation Sole as well as the absolute necessity for operating as an entity other than a 501.c3. There is also no doubt in my mind now about the vulnerability of the institutions that are the bedrock of our community, the churches.
